Ok. Hands up if anyone would be interested in participating in a 1 hour fitness class aimed for mobility, strength and flexibility. Could be an am class mon - sat am 7am , 8 or 9 start (have to be done by 10 am ) and or Evenings 5/530 or 6 pm depending on day…also thinking personal one on one classes…thoughts?
