Sunrise

I have indeed used the sunflower oil in my soaps now, along with all my other regular ingredients.
it does help to defray the high cost of olive oil.
I do find the soap a touch softer, but all the other positive attributes are still there.
I haven't heard from others yet to know what they think of this new ingredient...so maybe that means it's not very noticeable?

Hi all,
All is well in the soap-making world…generally…more specifically, olive oil prices are really going up! I might start adding sunflower oil to my recipe to at least make the olive oil go further. Sunflower oil is a nice emollient for skin and still works well in soap.

Please have a look at a couple of changes to my website. I have used the Soap Selections page to let you know which soaps are available at this time. I am also offering to put labels on your soaps for you so you can give them as gifts.
