Things have been a little quiet on the social media and market front for me, but that’s because I’m in the process of moving! Doing all that while still working three businesses is a lot, so some things had to go on the back burner for a bit. But I have a few things planned for later this month!

First off, I’m hosting a healing retreat with the lovely and .yoga. There’s going to be restorative yoga, chakra alignments, plant medicine workshops, a few secret things and of course some great snacks! More info can be found on my website!

Next, you can find me at on Monday June 26th from 5PM - 8PM for their Mini Market at the Beaumont Community Centre. It’s going to be a blast!

Then I’ll be at on June 30th from 7PM - 11PM at the Old Strathcona Performing Arts Centre. These markets are always a ton of fun so be sure to pop on by!

I realized the other day that I’m so close to being at 500 followers, which is absolutely wild to me 🤯 I couldn’t have done any of this without you guys and your support means everything. So in lieu of that, I figured now would be a great time to properly introduce myself to those who might not know me yet and to all the new faces recently!

Hi! I’m Kylee! Sage & Spirit Apothecary has been going since September 2022, but I’ve been creating remedies and herbal goods long before I started this brand. I started this business to connect with people and share my love of nature and its healing properties, and I’ve received so many wonderful opportunities to do just that. 🥰

Here are a few things about me:

•I have 2 fur babies - Jinx and Finnegan. They are the lights of my life and bring me so much joy. The Apothecary was actually named in honour of my boy Sage who passed before I started the business.
•I’m also a graphic designer and artist. I’ve created designs for a self care planner and a adult colouring book journal, both of which can be bought here in Edmonton 😉
•When I’m not creating new products or at markets, you can find me reading a fantasy book, immersing myself in a game (probably Dragon Age or Skyrim, again), or binge watching a show.
•I’m part of the chronic and invisible illness clubs, which is part of the reason I began creating herbal remedies. As someone unable to take most prescription and OTC meds, I needed to find something more natural and plants were the answer. They’ve helped immensely and I love more than anything getting to share that relief with others. 💜
