Does anyone else get overwhelmed thinking about the new year? I read about incremental goal-setting and it really resonated. Essentially, it's breaking down your long-term goals into manageable pieces.

"Baby steps."

Incremental goal setting forces you to focus on what you can control. It empowers you to act. In turn, you get to constantly celebrate small achievements while slowly inching towards your larger goal.

It makes setting big life goals feel more manageable.
