So I have had many questions about this particular topic over the last week.

HONEY CRYSTALLIZATION

I have tried in my not so scientific, and more run in circles with my point kind of way, tried explaining why this happens. I've also had a lot concern regarding if this is safe to eat, or if it is "spoiled".

While not all that elegant, I feel I answered these questions well. For anyone else who may have these questions, this article is a must read.

Not only is CRYSTALLIZATION a sign that you are eating some of the best honey available, but it is also perfectly fine and doesn't effect the viability of your honey at all.

So this is a video of my dad catching a swarm. It's very interesting to watch. He will actually pet his bee's like a furry puppy. ♥️♥️🐝🐝
