Let’s talk about change.

As many of you know, Nest Integrative Wellness will be closing its doors at the end of this month. I want to take a moment to express my deep gratitude to all the practitioners (and owners!!) and to each client I’ve had the privilege of working with. Whether I saw you once for a prenatal session or supported you throughout your entire perinatal journey, you’ve left a meaningful impact on me both personally and professionally. These past three years have been such a gift, and I’ve truly loved every moment.

That said, starting August 1st, I’ll be moving my practice full-time to The Garden Holistic. I could go on forever about what drew me to The Garden (the energy, the incredible team, the location) but I’ll keep this post short(ish) hahah. I’m genuinely excited to begin this next chapter and can’t wait to welcome you there!

This is a super common question that people have for me! You are safely able to get a prenatal massage from the moment you conceive until you give birth (barring any contraindications or complications).

For their own comfort, some massage therapists will not offer massage in the first trimester. Typically they will have this outlined on their booking page.
