Safety first….Duh SPF the best SPF I’ve used on my face ever that’s tinted. Give me a nice glow and doesn’t mess up my facial hair or look like I’m wearing make up and it has niacinamide in it, which is great for my oil acne prone skin.

I don’t know what to say, I think my tears say it all anyways more often then they should. I would do anything for five more minutes with you. Smell your face pinch you . First off ,let me just say it took me about 15 minutes how to figure out how to even make a post on Instagram. It has been a minute and a half. Now that minute and a half has not been easy sometimes I didn’t leave my bed for days. I just couldn’t. I couldn’t find the will to even move. Since then I’ve been living my life, living my life for me doing what I want and being happy not doing what I think I should be doing and what other people are apparently looking happy doing I was doing me and there comes a point where you gotta stop and check yourself look in the mirror. Remind yourself that Damn you are still fine you keep doing you and try doing something nice for someone you don’t even know. You never know you could have saved a life with that simple gesture. Slow down smell the air look at the mosquitoes, haunting us. and realize you’re alive and that means so much more than you think. Mental health is so much more in the forefront of main stream media and talked about daily. It’s amazing. Don’t stop sharing your stories with people because I know people are getting help that would’ve never gotten out before.
