WELLNESS CHECK:
Have you been feeling drained lately? Maybe even after a decent night’s rest you’re not waking up feeling that renewal you crave? Are you feeling off? Maybe a little more moody or irritable? Is your body sending you SOS signals? Maybe you’ve been experiencing chronic pain or tension? Breakouts or rashes? Inflammation in the body? Flare-ups of an autoimmune dis-ease? Headaches or migraines? Chronic exhaustion?
These are just a few signs that maybe you are spreading yourself too thin and not prioritizing YOU!
It is so easy to get caught up in the daily demands- whether they be work, school, people in your life that depend on you, or anything else that often requires a lot of your precious energy....and before you know it, your body, mind, and spirit usually ends up SCREAMING for a little love.
What messages from your body, mind, and spirit have you been missing while caught up in the daily demands of your life?
It may not always feel natural for everyone to make their self and their wellness a priority, but it is CRUCIAL to do so!
Every bit of energy you put into meeting the daily demands of life drains your cup more and more, UNLESS you prioritize taking time to refill it!
Though we all may have tried, we can’t pour from an empty cup. If you desire to show up in the world as the best version of yourself- physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, you must make time to NOURISH THESE PARTS OF YOU!
Today, I took an evening off to nourish these parts of me, so that I can show up in the world as the best version of myself- in my work, in my personal life, and all the areas in between.

What does it mean to find or create balance? Balance is a state of alignment, and occurs when we choose to move through life with clear intention.
Balance comes when we consciously move through life, basing our decisions on what aligns with who we are and the life we want.
When we are living in alignment, there is a sense of grace in the way we move through life, we are in-tune with our Self, and things seem to flow.
If we feel stuck, stagnant, or consumed by chaos, we must ask ourselves “ What am I clinging to that I have outgrown?”
We cling to what we know for comfort and familiarity, but this often doesn’t serve us because it prevents us from evolving, and holds us back from finding our balance.
If we want to create balance, live in alignment, and find our flow, we must frequently and consistently ask ourselves “What is working and what is not?” And we must be willing to let go of what is no longer working in order to make space for more of what is.
It’s a life-long dance of adapting and shifting. A consistent teetering and rearranging until things feel right- if only for a moment, then, we tune in, we listen, we adjust, and we steady all over again.
Finding alignment can only be done if we are able to know ourselves deeply. It requires a strong awareness and connection to who we are at our core- below all the layers of conditioning. This is certainly no easy feat…
However we can start by prioritizing pause, solitude, presence and awareness within our body, mind, and energy…
There are many pathways to lead us here, and it is my purpose and passion to offer guidance that is uniquely curated to each of my clients on their journey to awareness, balance, alignment, and Self.
