Ava is a student massage therapist currently studying at MacEwan University, where she has built a strong foundation in anatomy and physiology. She is passionate about helping others and is dedicated to creating a calm, supportive space where you can fully unwind and leave your stress at the door.

Ava offers relaxation massage and is currently providing thoughtful, intentional care at a reduced rate while she completes her studies.

Some insurance providers may offer coverage for student massage therapy services through your health spending account. We recommend confirming eligibility and coverage details with your provider prior to booking. Please note that direct billing is not available for these appointments.

We’re moving ✨

Zenith Wellness Co will be welcoming you into a new space very soon. The best part? We’re staying in the same building.

Here’s what you need to know:

Appointments through February 28 will take place in Suite 506.
Beginning March 2, all appointments will take place in Suite 306.

Same address. Same building. New suite.

Our booking system will continue sending appointment reminders according to your preferred settings. You will also receive an additional reminder via text on the day of your visit once we transition into the new space.

We have a big update to share!

Zenith Wellness Co will be moving from the 5th floor to the 3rd floor in the same building on March 1, and we’re so excited to welcome you into our new space!

While our floor number is changing, everything you expect from your care stays exactly the same. This move is an exciting step forward for our clinic and will allow us to continue offering the calm, professional environment you know, in a space that better supports our team and the work we do with you every day.

If you’d like one more visit with us on the 5th floor, now is a great time to book your February appointment in Suite 506. And if you’re planning ahead, March bookings will be the first chance to see us in our new 3rd floor space, with all appointments on or after March 1 taking place on the 3rd floor.

Appointments, services, and online booking all remain unchanged, and we’ll share clear reminders as the move date approaches so your visits stay seamless.

If you have an upcoming appointment around the time of the move, we’ll make sure you know exactly where to go. We can’t wait for you to see the new space soon!

Adrienne is now fully certified in manual osteopathy!

Many of you already know that Adrienne has been offering manual osteopathy (also known as manual osteopathic therapy) at Zenith during her training. We’re excited to share that she has now completed her program and is officially practicing as a fully certified Manual Osteopath. This milestone reflects a tremendous amount of dedication, study, and hands-on experience, and we’re so proud of the work she’s put in to get here.

With this certification, Adrienne brings even more tools to her therapeutic toolbox, allowing her to support clients with greater depth and precision. Manual osteopathy services with Adrienne are now eligible for coverage under many extended health benefits plans, and we’re able to offer direct billing to a limited and growing number of insurance providers.
