✨ SEPTEMBRE : CHALLENGE 10 000 PAS/JOUR TERMINÉ… AVEC SUCCÈS ! 👟🏾🔥
Septembre, c’était mon mois de la discipline.
Je m’étais donné un objectif simple : 10 000 pas par jour.
Et pourtant, derrière ce chiffre se cachait un vrai travail sur moi-même.
Il y a eu des journées où j’avais envie de rester tranquille.
Des journées où la météo n’était pas de mon côté.
Des journées où j’étais fatiguée, occupée ou simplement pas motivée.
Mais j’ai appris quelque chose de très important :
👉🏾 La discipline, ce n’est pas faire les choses uniquement quand on en a envie. C’est apprendre à tenir ses engagements envers soi-même.
Au fil des jours, mes 10 000 pas sont devenus un rendez-vous avec moi-même.
Une habitude.
Une preuve que je suis capable de commencer quelque chose et surtout de m’y tenir.
Septembre m’a appris à ne plus attendre la motivation.
À agir avec intention.
À comprendre que les petits choix répétés chaque jour finissent par créer de grands changements. 🤍
🎯 Challenge septembre : 10K/jour → RÉUSSI ✅
Mais surtout… je ne m’arrête pas ici.
Je continue à marcher au quotidien. 👟🏾
Parce que maintenant, ce n’est plus seulement un challenge.
C’est une partie de ma nouvelle routine.
Une façon de prendre soin de moi.
Et surtout, une façon de construire ma discipline avec intention.
Septembre m’a donné la preuve que je peux être constante.
Octobre, on continue. Plus de discipline. Plus d’intention. Plus d’action. 🔥
