I have been involved in the yoga community since 2003. I know from my own experiences and have seen countless healing benefits of movement for the body.
After spending years working on my own health I was thrilled to take training's that would allow me to help others heal their bodies. I had the onset of sciatica and thanks to 5 days in a row of Thai Massage, I had no more pain, which I had had for 7 months prior.
