Starting September 20th, 2021, Francesco’s is participating in the Restriction Exemption Program. This requires all individuals over the age of 12 to show one of the following:

•Proof of vaccination

•Partial vaccination (one dose) accepted September 20 to October 25 if received 2 weeks before time of service

•Full vaccination (two doses) required after October 25

•Proof of a negative PCR or rapid test within 72 hours of service

We thank everyone for your continued support through this unprecedented time.

As of December 13,2020 Francesco’s will be closed for 4 weeks mandated by the Alberta government. Please be patient as we will be reaching out to all the clients who are booked in the next 4 weeks to reschedule.

Curb side product pick up will continue to be available.

Here are a few measures put in place for your safety and ours...

When arriving at Francesco’s please expect the following changes...

- When you arrive we ask that you remain in your vehicle and call the salon (780-484-4247). When it is safe for you to enter we will call you and let you in.

- No additional person allowed in the salon, please come in alone.

- You will be required to wear a face mask. If you do not have a face mask one will be provided for you.

- No food of beverages allowed.

- Restrict personal items to a wallet, keys and a phone if possible.

- Please refrain from touching retail products, your stylist will be happy to help you.

- For your piece of mind stations, tools and washrooms will be sanitized between each client.

Lastly, if you are feeling unwell in any way please do not enter the salon. Anyone experiencing COVID symptoms (cough, fever, sneezing, runny nose) will be asked to reschedule.

We are happy to tell you we are cautiously reopening on May 14, 2020 and are putting measures in place to keep you safe. Your patience is appreciated as our appointment slots are limited. We are currently only accepting existing clients and all existing appointments have been cancelled and need to be rescheduled. We will be rescheduling appointments in our shared space in a limited capacity. Please call the salon and leave a message and our receptionist will be sure to get back to you opening day May 14th. Thank you for your support and appreciation.
