So I recently braided my short hair and this is how it turned out. However I had to take them down cause it was itchy cause of the cold weather however I have new hair in (😅😅😅😅)

New haircut who this !!!

Sorry for the lack of posts … I honestly don’t know what to post . I have a lot of hair pictures and style but I can be lazy at times lol 😂

Here is why I decided to cut my hair 💇‍♂️ first off I was tired of doing my hair and I honestly didn’t know what to do with it anymore and I also wanted a change and something low maintenance. So I cut it today. The hair was not cut by me ( I will tag the shop ). This is the first time I dyed my hair and I did it myself 🤔😌🏃🏾‍♀️ I think it turned out pretty well 😎😏

🗯considering how hot it’s been lately in Alberta. Having long braids in has been uncomfortable to say the least.

💬the above short bob was done on braids that I had in for a month or so . I cut it cause I wanted a change and also for the heat . So if you have long braids in as you read this and you want a short cute style . You can cut them !! That is if you want to 🥰

Do it at your own risk ⛔️

The other option is you can burn the ends after cutting it but I found that it tends to stick the hair together so the bend method is better .

Moisture 💦 is so IMPORTANT to black hair it’s not even a joke !!
Imagine your hair as a flower 🌺 and you want it to grow and thrive !

Of course you water it ! Not to much but also not to little just enough to make it grow .
Your hair is also the same give it enough water however don’t over do it otherwise you will stress it out!
It’s different for people who have straight hair they may not need as much water as people with textured hair , just as some flowers don’t need to be water as much〰️

Disclaimer: try to do it 3 days per week and switch it with protein spray . It’s important to have a moisturized head so your strands don’t break when you remove hairstyles and remember don’t do tights ponytails !
