Happy New Year from the Adachis! We’ve got some exciting things on deck. Here’s a sneak-peek.

1.  Sleep Massage!
Paul spent 2024 researching, reading, taking courses and practicing. Based on the widely popular sleep massages in Japan, he’s now ready to launch his own specialty sleep massage, a protocol he’s developed that focuses on massage of the neck, head, & scalp and that integrates acupressure on points indicated to help with more restful, nourishing sleep. Bookings will be opening in the very near future, so keep an eye out!  

2. Community Acupuncture!
Erinne will be looking to start offering community acupuncture – acupuncture sessions given in a quiet, group setting. This cost-effective option makes acupuncture more accessible and also harnesses the special power of community in healing and rest. If you’re interested in either attending a session or have an opportunity for a space/event in which community acupuncture could be a part, reach out!

Acupuncture is amazingly effective for issues of the digestive tract, and I absolutely LOVE to treat it. Maybe because I’m inclined to take interest in all things related to nutrition, or maybe because it’s just such an easy win with how quickly the digestive tract seems to respond.
