If you have ever received some home care exercises from me after your treatment, chances are you have been assigned YOGA! 🙏🏼

I have been practicing yoga since 2011, starting with an at home DVD to eventually joining classes at my local gym.
I regularly turn on "Yoga with Adrienne" on YouTube for my home practice.
In 2024 I attended my first yoga retreat in Kananaskis where I rediscovered snow shoeing and tried Yoga Nidra for the first time.

Now you will find me in a local Yoga studio practicing hot yoga in various forms. From increasing my strength and cardio, to decreasing my nervous system firing and inflammation of joints and sore muscles.

I find so much joy in Yoga, but also so many benefits! Yoga can be whatever you need it to be. Which is why I am secretly passing on my joy to my clients through Yoga inspired home-care based on science and craft. I only recommend what I have personally tried and tested to be true.

The beauty and science of Yoga is that it can be accessible to all abilities. It holds no ego to measure up to anyone but yourself (when it's done correctly). It is more than what it lets on. It's exercise, and relaxation. It's strength but also a reminder of how to BREATHE. It is a personal journey, and I love every hill and valley it takes me on.
