We spent 2 hours for your all set of service, and off work late. You said you were so happy and satisfied for the service. We trusted you when you said you would be back within 2 minutes to get your credit card from the car, we waited for you a while, but you were just gone.

I am not sure if you noticed there are two cameras in the store, keep recording in 24 hours all the time. I am not sure what it was happening in result you didn't come back to pay.
