- My niece , Nugget came to the gym today . She had a blast with me & ! Perks of working in a dog friendly gym ! She even did a couple laps with us .

- Sweaty , crazy gym hair , face looked exhausted... but all worth it .

- As of today there is 2.5 weeks left in the friendly fitness competition at work , Evolve Strength . Thus far I’ve gone from 156lb in January to 143.5lb right now (With some fluctuation up & down) . The biggest thing is... I am NOT starving myself ! I eat from 1pm-9pm & I keep my protein intake adequate . My meals are simple but delicious ! This body is close to what I had when I did the Bear Babes photoshoot last year but I was 132lb & had No Muscle . At this point , I don’t really care if the scale moves much anymore as I’m just going off of the mirror now 👌🏽 I can’t wait to post my before & after pics in 2.5 weeks ! Also can’t wait for my damn cheat meal on Friday 😅 Thank you to everyone who has followed & supported this journey/transformation 😘 @ Evolve Strength

- My go to vegetables are asparagus & Brussel sprouts simply because I enjoy them . Healthy eating doesn’t have to be difficult 💁🏻

Hello! I am Alyssa, the owner of Regal Body Fitness. Regal Body Fitness is a business that is operated through Evolve Strength South, at 4825 89St in Edmonton Alberta. Regal Body Fitness was created to help individuals reach their physical and fitness goals in a safe way. I have several certifications and qualifications to help you achieve your goals and am very happy to help you do so! I am in my last semester of my Bachelor of Kinesiology through the University of Alberta. I have my ‘Certification of Personal Training’ through the National Council of Certified Personal Trainers. I did a year long mentorship & 3.5 month practicum under one of Edmonton's top trainers. Of course an abundance of experience under my belt as well. Currently my services are discounted until my degree is finished and anyone who purchases training before April 2019 will have their discounted rate locked in. - I have officially decided to do an instagram series (that will also be shared to FB) in the new year . This series will be about : What can be accomplished when the ‘new year new me’ individuals stick with it for longer than 30 days .

I have been out of the gym with a fairly serious injury for 2 months . I am now able to slowly ease my way back into the gym . To my own demise while being gone from the gym , my diet... well was absolutely horrible . So my body is at the ultimate starting point for this ‘new year new me’ series .

While I work on myself , I am still helping/training my clients . New clients obtained in January may be part of the series if they’d like as well 💁🏻 this means I have room to take on more clients in both one on one and online . I am continuing my discounted prices in the new year until I graduate (in April) with my Kinesiology Degree .
