What if your uniqueness isn’t something you need to “figure out”…
…but something you need to allow?

One of my favorite moments from my conversation with Lisa Patel was this:
👉 You have to plant the seed of your uniqueness within yourself before you expect the world to see it.

So many women are waiting for:
✔ validation
✔ recognition
✔ confidence

But it starts internally.

Through:
self-awareness
quiet reflection
celebrating small wins
choosing yourself in the small moments

Lisa also shared something so simple—but so powerful…

Being a good sister.

Showing up.

Listening.

Offering kindness.

Because confidence isn’t just how you show up for yourself—
It’s how you show up for others, too.

✨ Who are you when you’re fully you…without shrinking?

✨ Unapologetically Unique ✨

In the latest episode of Confidence in Bloom, I sat down with Harvard–Minds at Work trained coach Mary Printz to talk about why so many women hold themselves back from being their authentic selves.

We explored the idea of an “immunity to change”—the hidden beliefs and internal commitments that are designed to protect us… but can also keep us from fully showing up and connecting in a meaningful way.

Mary shared simple, powerful ways to begin shifting:
✅ Notice your patterns without judgment
✅ Gently share small vulnerabilities with safe, supportive people
✅ Work with your internal barriers instead of fighting against them

Because confidence isn’t something you wait for—it’s something you build as you learn to trust and be true to yourself.

There was something that really stood out to me in my latest podcast conversation…

We talked about visibility—
and how so many women hold themselves back from being seen.

Not because they don’t have something valuable to say…
but because they don’t want to come across as:
👉 too much
👉 too confident
👉 or like they’re “bragging”

And what really landed for me was this…
Visibility isn’t vanity.
It’s leadership.

When you don’t share your voice, your work, your perspective—
you’re not just holding yourself back…
you’re holding back the people who need to hear it.

And I see this all the time…

Women doing incredible work,
but still questioning how to talk about it
or downplaying what they bring to the table.

What if it’s not about being louder…
but about being clearer in who you are and what you stand for?

💬 I’m curious—does visibility feel uncomfortable for you?

04/10/2026

Something we talked about on this podcast episode…
Most women aren’t actually stuck because they don’t know what to do.
They’re stuck because they’re overthinking how they’ll be seen.

The video
The post
The photo
The wording
All of it.

And it keeps them playing small.

One of the simplest things that came out of this conversation was this:
👉 Just start.
Not perfectly
Not strategically
Just honestly
Even if it’s a story that disappears in 24 hours
Even if it feels uncomfortable
That’s how confidence builds.

💬 Is there something you’ve been holding back from posting?

This month on Confidence in Bloom we’re exploring what it really means to be Unapologetically Unique.

In my latest episode, I sat down with Cathy Holt, who has worked with women leaders around the world — including at the United Nations.
One of the things Cathy shared that stayed with me was this:
Women often treat their ideas as optional.
But the moment you begin to recognize your strengths, trust your voice, and step forward with conviction… everything shifts.

We also talked about:
✨ Supporting other women instead of competing
✨ How midlife can be a powerful time of reinvention
✨ Learning to say “I don’t think so” when something doesn’t align
✨ The importance of knowing yourself and asking for help when you need it

If you’re in a season of rediscovery, reinvention, or stepping into leadership…
This conversation is for you.

We just hit 10,000 downloads 🎉

And what that really tells me is this…

Women are ready.
Ready to grow.
Ready to question old patterns.
Ready to come back to themselves.

I’m so proud to be part of the Divas That Care Network and to share these conversations through Confidence in Bloom.

Thank you for listening, sharing, and being part of this space.

If something has resonated with you along the way, I’d love to hear it 🤍

This is only the beginning.

If you’re in a season of recalibration too, know that you’re not alone.

And if you’re feeling called to reflect, reset, or explore what your next chapter might
look like, my door is open.

I’m always happy to have a conversation and see where you are and what support
might look like.

Tomorrow at 4 PM MST, I invite you to join me inside The Bloom Room.

Come as you are. Leave with clarity.

This month in The Bloom Room we’re focusing on Release & Recalibrate.

And truthfully… I’ve been living it.

Over the past while I stepped back from posting as much because I’ve been deep in training and study, expanding my work and sharpening the tools I use to support women through real transformation.

Sometimes recalibration doesn’t look like doing more.

Sometimes it looks like stepping back long enough to integrate what you’re learning… and return with deeper clarity.

And that’s where I am right now.

If you’ve been in a season of reflection, growth, or quiet behind-the-scenes change… you’re not falling behind.

You might just be preparing for your next level.

More to come.

Determined. Not distracted.

In this week’s episode of Confidence in Bloom, I sat down with Rev. Dr. Ellen Mosti — and this conversation is a masterclass in moving from survival mode to radically thriving.

After leaving a 22-year marriage and rebuilding her life in Florida, Ellen shares how self-love, gratitude, joy, and intuition became her compass — not chaos.

We talked about:
💛 The power of the “self-love high-five”
💛 How to stop saying yes when your soul is screaming no
💛 Creativity as a way to quiet distraction
💛 Her 5-step formula to unleash your unstoppable self

If you’ve been feeling pulled in a hundred directions… this is your reminder to come back home to YOU.

Not all strong women are thriving.

Some are just very good at coping.

In this powerful episode of Confidence in Bloom, Wendy Taducci and I unpack:
🔥 The difference between ambition and adrenal exhaustion
🔥 Why burnout is often a redirection
🔥 How to build real self-trust
🔥 The role of journaling and emotional processing
🔥 Setting boundaries without apology

You don’t need another strategy.

You need to trust yourself.
