For this under eye treatment I used a combination of PRF mixed with dermal filler.

Filler is hydrophilic (it attracts water), and combining it with PRF helps support hydration and allows the filler to integrate more smoothly in the delicate undereye area.

PRF also brings biostimulation, encouraging collagen and improving skin quality over time and not just filling volume.

Started it broke. No clients. No safety net. No backup plan. Just belief and work ethic.

Now here I am, 8 years later. Patients across Canada. Doing what I love more than full time. Teaching, growing, and building something that actually feels like me.

I never chased perfect. I stayed consistent. I stayed honest. And I stayed in my own lane.

Grateful for every patient who trusted me, and every practitioner who gave me space to grow without asking me to be anything other than myself.

Turns out that was enough.

I’ve been absolutely brutal at social media lately, but not because I disappeared… I’ve just been busy actually working.

Honestly, it’s kind of become proof to me that word of mouth will always be one of the best forms of advertising. Real people, real results, real experiences shared with others will always mean more than posting nonstop just to stay visible.

It’s been a year since I started in Lacombe, and I’m incredibly busy there. Edmonton is picking up, and Ontario will always be my OG business space. I may not be the best at constantly showing up online, but I am very much showing up where it counts.

I’ve never loved the whole “sell yourself” thing. I’m not out here trying to get rich quick or push people into treatments they don’t need. I genuinely enjoy taking my time with patients, doing good work, and building something solid in a way that actually feels right to me.

So anyways… yes, I’m still here haha. Just a little quieter online and a whole lot busier behind the scenes.
