We have been doing a bit of foraging for spring herbs and plants.

A few of our recipes include the infusion of dandelion flowers, like our Tallow Sun Cream, our Magnesium Cream, and our Healing and Calming Salve.

We also use spruce tips in our Menthol Relief Roller, for headaches and colds.

We use Ground Ivy in teas and other for cooking, and might incorporate it into a recipe for you sometime soon.

We also use like to use fresh birch leaves and spruce tips in our tea, with other refreshing and healing herbs, and love to drink Labrador tea with Rhododendron groenlandicum, a low lying shrub that grows on forest floors (in our last picture, mixed in with the spruce tips and birch leaves).



We picked a small amount of plum blossoms this year to use for tea, but thought we might infuse some in one of our small batches of perfume… what do you think? Good idea?
