Sometimes life gets really hard. A loved one passes, you fight an illness, you have a baby, you become a caregiver, you're overworked and overwhelmed, or a myriad of anything else. It doesn't matter how you get into a situation like this with your hair, what matters is how you choose to manage it.
It's ok to ask for help. With the right stylist, they won't judge. They will just listen and help.
