Hi everyone, I wanted to introduce myself to those who may not know me yet. I'm a registered massage therapist with 14 years of experience specializing in therapeutic, deep tissue, sports, and recovery massage. I work from a quiet home based studio and focus on helping people reduce pain, improve mobility, recover from training, and manage everyday stress and tension.

My background has always been rooted in health and fitness and an active lifestyle, so I especially enjoy working with; active adults and kids, gym goers and athletes, busy moms, people dealing with chronic tension/stiffness, anyone needing recovery and self care.
