Investing in ongoing education is a priority for me, and I’m excited to be expanding my skills in laser hair removal/reduction.
When adding a new service, choosing the right training matters. While laser education is not regulated and training standards can vary, I felt it was important to learn through a program that emphasizes safety, hands-on practice, and high professional standards.
It’s also important to understand that laser hair removal is considered hair reduction, not permanent hair removal. Electrolysis remains the only FDA-approved method for permanent hair removal, and both services have their own unique benefits depending on a client’s goals. If you have any questions, come and talk to me. I love nerding out about hair removal!
I’m grateful for the opportunity to train through and to continue investing in quality education so I can provide the best possible experience for clients.
This is just one step in an exciting journey, and I can’t wait to share more as I continue to grow and expand my services. ✨

Most people don’t notice rough skin on their feet right away. It starts small.
A heel catching on bedsheets. Dry patches that seem to come back no matter how much cream you use. Skin that feels thicker, rougher, or harder than it used to. And for a lot of people, traditional foot creams end up feeling heavy, greasy, or temporary.
That’s one reason Footlogix Rough Skin Spiraleen®+ has become a go-to recommendation from foot care professionals. It’s designed specifically for rough, dry skin on the feet — especially areas that feel thickened, flaky, or uncomfortable — while still feeling light enough to use every day.
The formula absorbs quickly, doesn’t leave residue behind, and contains Spiraleen®+, a micro algae ingredient known for its skin-conditioning properties.
What people often notice first is that their feet simply start feeling smoother and more comfortable again — without needing to constantly reapply thick creams throughout the day. It’s one of those products that tends to quietly earn a permanent place in people’s routines.

Renovations!! ✨
From an SUV full of flatpack boxes… to cabinet pieces taking over my house… to finally seeing this treatment room come together 🤍
This impromptu upgrade was inspired by the IKEA kitchen event. Huge thank you to Arnie's Stucco Ltd for installing the cabinets in my treatment room!
The countertop is still on order and a few finishing touches remain, but clients are coming in tomorrow and I’m so excited to share the transformation.

In case you haven’t heard…
Polycystic O***y Syndrome, formerly known as PCOS, has been renamed PMOS: Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome. This updated terminology reflects a broader understanding of the condition as one involving ovarian, endocrine, and metabolic factors—not simply “cysts” on the ovaries.
For the electrology profession, this evolving understanding is important. Hirsutism remains one of the most common concerns associated with PMOS, and electrologists frequently work with clients seeking long-term hair removal solutions.
The transition from PCOS to PMOS is an evolving change, with implementation into clinical guidelines and broader practice expected to continue through 2028.
As research and terminology continue to evolve, staying informed helps ensure our profession remains educated, aware, and prepared to support individuals affected by this condition.

Even if it’s just one… you know the one.
The one hair that shows up uninvited, catches the light just right, and refuses to be ignored. You can keep pretending it’s not there… or you can finally be done with it.
It’s over. For good.
Electrolysis is the only FDA-approved method for permanent hair removal… and honestly, even one hair is worth it ✨
