Why did I use 3 different lash curls for this look?!

Because the beloved cat eye style needs to be carefully curated.

A true cat-eye mapping gradually increases in length toward the outer corner, creating that beautiful elongated effect. But longer doesn’t always mean more lifted.

On eyes that naturally turn downward, are more rounded, or have less outer-corner support, placing the longest extensions too far toward the end of the lash line can visually drag the outer corner downward, making the eye appear heavier or more droopy.

This is why professional lash styling should never be one-size-fits-all. We consider the natural eye shape, eye angle, lid space, lash growth direction and facial proportions before choosing a map.
