The mistake of clients making these two assumptions pains me 😩 Pretty please: know before you go!

I’ve had:
A client who use to receive short 20 minute chair massages biweekly. This was their treatment plan, it worked well for them. Then they found out they still had a ton of Massage Therapy coverage left to use up before the end of the year, lucky them! So on their own, they decided to bump up to a 2 hour appointment. Only to find out after their massage… their plan only covers up to $75 per visit and they were responsible for paying the remainder out of pocket.

I’ve had:
A client who I recommended comes in monthly. However, in October they got insurance for the first time through their work, lucky them! So on their own, they decided to come in weekly for the rest of the year. Only to find out… their plan actually runs from July to July. They unnecessarily burned through their coverage and every session from January until July had to be paid out of pocket.

You could take a few days to manually go through your books and record one by one which clients are overdue. OR you could let Jane do it for you… in a quick click. (Really)

You can even make your report specific by choosing how long it’s been since your clients last visits. Who hasn’t had an appointment in 2+ months? Who hasn’t been in over a year?

Besides the efficiency, I love Jane’s ‘unscheduled clients’ report because it feels more sincere. An email blast sent out to every single client would include the client who:
- already has an appointment booked this week
- moved far away, as we discussed in person at their last visit
- only just had an appointment literally today
