Sparkling Hibiscus (Zobo) Lemonade 🌺🍋 The perfect drink for this summer😊.
Ingredients:
4 tbsp dried hibiscus flowers
40 oz water
3 fresh lemons
Monk fruit extract (to taste)
A handful of fresh mint leaves
Sparkling water (unflavored)
Ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Make the cold-brew hibiscus tea: Add the dried hibiscus flowers to a large jar or pitcher with the 40 oz of water. Mix it well and refrigerate overnight.
2. The next day, strain out the hibiscus flowers and set the tea aside.
3. To make the lemonade, squeeze your fresh lemons into a glass (or pitcher if making a large batch). Add monk fruit extract to taste, and stir to dissolve.
4. Add your ice cubes, fresh mint leaves, and a few lemon slices to the glass.
5. Pour in your prepared hibiscus tea until the glass is about 3/4 full, then top it off with sparkling water for that perfect fizz. Give it a good mix and enjoy your gorgeous, debloating summer drink!
