I didn’t grow up feeling like I belonged.
Big feelings, a soft heart, a whole lot to say, but somehow feeling like an outcast. I fought hard to outrun and outwork that feeling…. But somewhere along the way, life beat the voice right out of me until I didn’t have one anymore.

But sitting in that silence, I started building something..

This podcast is a love letter to the younger version of me who needed it most. To all women. A wholehearted friend with no agenda. Just someone to show up, witness your life, and remind you that you belong here. 🫂💌💛

The vibe is intentional — safe, warm, a little vintage. Like a VHS home movie from someone you love. Like the video letter from your big sister or best friend you keep coming back to when you need a boost. That’s the whole feeling of this podcast.

Thrifting Sparks is for the feelers and the healers. For women still in the middle of it. For anyone who needs a community that won’t flinch when things get real.

Every graphic, every edit, every word — me. Built in one of the hardest years of my life. If it looks a little rough around the edges, that’s progress. That growth and progress is something I’ll never stop being proud of.

While I’m navigating the thick of these legal cases, it’s been an exhausting experience in survival.

The company stopped paying me when they changed the passwords, so needless to say the panic of losing my main income as a single woman was terrifying. I kind of have no idea how I’m still standing - but half of that is a testament to your love and support.

You booked makeup appointments, lash appointments, gave me legal referrals, client referrals, connected me to people in business that might want to work with me for new opportunities… you validated my impact and contributions.

It was you. You were reminding me that I would be okay.🫂
