Just a friendly reminder about the basics of stretching!
- hold the stretch at a range of motion where a gentle pull is felt
- do not attempt a position that is painful
-hold your stretch for a minimum of 30 seconds working up to 60 seconds, rest & repeat 2-3 times
- do not bounce! You want to hold a nice steady stretch

Hey everyone! My schedule is open for a few weeks with limited spots. I will open up more once I get a feel of how my foot feels during work as it’s still quite sore as of right now.
