Please know that I did not come to this decision lightly, I realize this seems sudden and that there will be changes for everyone.

The other day a colleague told me “You don’t need to marry, you don’t need a husband.” And I told her she was right, I don’t NEED a husband or need to remarry….

However, after two years following my divorce and many sessions working on myself around opening my heart, I decided, I want to be married again and find that love and partner to complete my Deen or half my faith.

Why? Why is it half my faith? Why would I want this after being successful alone, and free for the first time in many years?

Because having someone beside me through this journey of life is more enjoyable than doing it alone. Do I NEED someone - no. Do I want to share my life with someone again - yes. That is the best way for me to live a wholesome and pure life.

So I started with this affirmation today for myself and I encourage those of you who are single to do the same - if you are ready.

Affirm: “I let love in. I am ready.”

I used Belief Code in this particular affirmation.

Being ready I believe is key. Not everyone is.

Then allow the Universe to know your intention and bring to you the person who is going to be right for you. The one who is also ready.

I pray for everyone to find that love, that person who brings them peace and comfort.

I grew up watching the Simpsons because my father had a whole collection of the Simpsons on disks. So whenever we had a road trip, or we were watching something on the tv in me and my sister’s room. (Our bedroom tv did not have satellite at the time) We watched it a lot! And so, my fathers love for the Simpsons was passed down on to me.
