Lindsay teaches a gentle flowing class that helps stretch, strengthen and tone the whole body, mind and soul.
Each class begins with breath work, mindfulness and body connection and ends with a short savasana to allow your body to soak in all the internal connections it made.
It is a wonderful way to start your week!
We are missing this amazing festival this year. Festival hair was a huge success both in the festival and back stage for the performers last year.
We hope to see you again soon, or some version of. We miss you 💗
