Updated Appointment Policies ✨️

Thank you for choosing my business! These policies are in place to ensure appointments run smoothly and to respect the time reserved for each client.

Deposits:
Deposits are required to secure the following appointments:

* Full Lash Sets
* Lash Lift & Tint Services
* Brow Laminations
* All Permanent Makeup Services

Deposits will be applied toward your service total at your appointment.

Cancellation Policy:
Appointments cancelled within the same business week as the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Appointments cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Any outstanding balance resulting from a late cancellation must be paid in full before future appointments can be booked. A new deposit will also be required to secure any future appointment.

Rescheduling Policy:
Appointments must be rescheduled before 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Rescheduling within 72 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Foreign Fill Policy:
Foreign fills are accepted on a case-by-case basis.

A consultation is strongly recommended prior to booking so that I can assess the quality and suitability of the existing lash work.

To qualify for a foreign fill:

* Lash extensions must be properly isolated.
* Lash weight and length must be appropriate for the health of the natural lashes.
* Lashes must arrive clean and well-maintained.
* A minimum of 50% lash retention must remain after outgrown extensions have been removed.

If you choose to book without a consultation, please book a Full Lash Set and send me a message beforehand. This allows me to block off additional time for a consultation and/or lash removal if required.

Please note that foreign fills may be converted to a Full Lash Set appointment if the existing work does not meet the above requirements.

Appointment Preparation

Guests & Children:
Please do not bring guests to your appointment.

Children may accompany you to select short appointments when appropriate; however, children are not permitted during lash extension appointments or permanent makeup appointments.

Makeup
For lash appointments, face waxing, and lash lift & tint services, please arrive with a clean face and no eye makeup.

Caffeine
For lash extension and permanent makeup appointments, please avoid caffeine prior to your appointment. This helps minimize eye twitching, sensitivity, and redness during the service.

Contact Lenses
Please remove contact lenses prior to lash extension appointments.

Arrival Time
Please do not arrive early for your appointment, as I am often booked back-to-back and may not be available to accommodate early arrivals.

Right to Refuse Service:

I reserve the right to refuse future bookings from clients who repeatedly cancel, reschedule, arrive late, no-show, fail to pay outstanding balances, or otherwise fail to respect my booking policies.

July and August schedules are up! I recommend prebooking appointments for the summer months as it is my busiest season 🥰.

I've had a few inquiries about foreign fills lately. Please note that I accept foreign fills on a case-by-case basis and cannot guarantee that I will be able to work over another artist's set.

I offer consultations to assess whether a foreign fill is possible. If there is less than 50% of the extensions remaining, significant outgrowth, poor retention, or the lashes are not properly isolated, a removal and full set will be required.
