Hi there, November's booking schedule is now open. Just a heads up that the 1st 2 weeks of November are blocked off, appointments will be available on November 16th until the end of the month.
Also, some important news. I have some very persuasive clients, so after talking to many of you I have decided to not retire from my massage practice in December. Come January, my scheduler will still be open. I will be accelerating my retirement from my Social Work job instead and will retire from there December 2027. This means there may actually be more spots available come 2028 as I adjust my schedule to sort-of retired :)

I will be teaching an 8 week Pain Management class through the Northern Health Region starting on Friday September 4th from 1-2:30 and will run every Friday until October 23rd. If you or someone you know has been struggling with chronic pain for more than 3 months, this class may help you or your loved one reduce their pain. The class will explore why you may still have pain after an injury has healed and what steps you can take to help lower your own pain dial. Classes will occur at the Primary Health Care Centre. Registration is required for the class and you can register by contacting me at 204-681-3126 or emailing me at [email protected]. Classes are open to both Manitoba and Saskatchewan residents in the Flin Flon Area. Please feel free to share this post.

Hi there, April's booking calendar is now open. I also want to let everyone know that I will be retiring from my massage practice at the end of 2026. The end of this year will be 24 years as a massage therapist, and it has been a great run! I find as I am getting older, it is getting harder and harder to maintain both my day job and my evening business, and over the holidays I have found an increase in personal time to be more and more appealing. So I am taking my own advice and will be making time to enjoy more of my hobbies and getting out more. I want to thank you all for being such amazing clients, and I look forward to helping you over the next 10 months.
I will be putting on an 8 week Pain Management Class for chronic pain starting on Tuesday February 3 from 1:00-2:30pm. The class will run every Tuesday until March 24 and will be held at The Primary Health Care Centre in Flin Flon. The only criteria is that you must have had chronic pain for at least 4 months and must be 18 years old or older. You do not need a Dr. referral and it is open to MB and SK residents. The class helps people to better understand why they may still have pain, helps to change your relationship with pain and discusses non-medicinal methods of pain reduction. Registration is required for this class and can be done by contacting me at Primary Health at 204-681-3126 or by email at [email protected].
