💗 A Bittersweet Update from Urban Trendz 💗

We are incredibly sad to share that our amazing Jackie has left Urban Trendz to be closer to her family. 🥺❤️

Jackie has been such a HUGE asset to our salon and our team. Her talent, personality, hard work and the relationships she built with so many of our clients will truly be missed. While we’re sad to see her go, we completely understand her decision and wish her nothing but happiness as she starts this next chapter closer to the people she loves. ❤️

With Jackie’s departure, our hair appointment availability has become much more limited. Our remaining stylists are working hard to accommodate everyone, but appointments—especially evenings, weekends and last-minute bookings—may be few and far between for the time being.

📞 We strongly recommend calling ahead and booking your hair appointments as early as possible rather than waiting until you need one. If you know you’ll need your colour, cut or other service done in the coming weeks, please get yourself booked in!

We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while we adjust, and we are so grateful for your continued support of our Urban Trendz family. 💕

Unfortunately, due to a crack in the acrylic, our Turbo Tanning Bed will be out of service until further notice while we get the issue taken care of.

The safety of our clients is always our priority, and we appreciate your patience and understanding while we work on getting the Turbo back up and running as soon as possible! ☀️🖤
