The Sugar’d peach The Sugar'd Peach is a professional sugaring studio in Fort Erie, Ontario, offering gentle, natural hair removal in a clean, private, and welcoming environment.

I completely understand that things come up and appointments sometimes need to be cancelled. However, when an appointment is cancelled the day of with the intention of rescheduling, but no new date is ever confirmed, it puts me in a difficult position. I reserve that time specifically for you, and because it's such short notice, I'm usually unable to fill the appointment.
If the days and times I'm suggesting don't work for you, I'd really appreciate it if you could let me know what does. Scheduling works best when we both communicate and work together to find a time that fits our schedules, rather than leaving things open-ended.

Situations like this also make me feel as though my time isn't being respected and I am being taken advantage of. Since I don't currently have a platform that allows me to charge credit cards for same-day cancellations or no-shows, I end up absorbing the loss. Perhaps it's time for me to look into implementing a system that securely stores payment information and automatically applies my cancellation policy when necessary.

I truly value my clients and want to be as understanding and flexible as possible, but I also need to protect my business and the time I set aside for appointments. I appreciate your understanding.
