Today I coloured and cut the most sharp crispy precision blonde bob of my career. And I was pressed for time with my other wonderful clients. So I didn’t get a pic.

I’ve been a fan of vintage collecting for as long as I can remember. Thank you to all of the lovely folks that have added to my collections over the years. I have a few things I gather - vintage hairdressing tools and accessories, flamingos, Crystal Beach memories and anything orange. I have a home for it either at the shop or home. However at home I have to sneak it in or pretend it’s been there for years. Thank you to Mary Ann for the new additions!

Many moons ago my brother and I thought it would be hilarious to play barber. On the first night with our new babysitter Mrs.Ford. She went to bathe baby sister and we giggled away in the basement. When she discovered our shenanigans she cried and cried. She explained to my mother the story - the too quiet giggling and the discovery- and proceeded to babysit us for years. I had to get my head shaved. My brother and I had the same hair for many years. He’s bald now. My mom still has my ponytail. Enjoy this evidence of “the cut”. I’m the panicked one in leather. Karma is a b**ch.
