Prior to your appointment, your stylist will bring you a service menu. We will go over the exact services we are performing, as well as a breakdown to give you a better understanding of the price. This helps our stylists to stay consistent with our pricing, as well as allowing you to make adjustments to better fit your budget.

With a rise in last minute cancellations, we have decided to implement a new cancellation policy, effective immediately. If you do not cancel your appointment within 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of your service fee. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of your service fee.

We understand life and emergencies happen, but please understand last minute cancellations/ no shows negatively affect your stylist, their schedule and their booking ability.

Effective immediately, clients will be required to enter their credit card information when booking an appointment. Your credit card will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is in effect.

We appreciate your understanding. This is not an easy policy to implement for us, but it is necessary. If you have any questions, please email us at [email protected] or reach out to your stylist.
