Well I wish I had better news but the pain from the Ramsay Hunt syndrome is here to stay for how long we don't know could be a year could be less. So with saying that.... life doesn't stop! I am returning to my happy place in the spa starting tomorrow ☺️ I look forward to seeing everyone 🤗

Hello everyone sadly I will be down and out for a bit. (Hopefully better next week) I was diagnosed with a weird rare syndrome called Ramsey Hunt Syndrome which sadly has nothing to do with Gordon Ramseys cooking or with hunting. But it does come with stabbing pain in your jaw, ear and eye socket luckily only on one side 🥴 treatment needs to be aggressive to avoid permanent issues like facial paralysis or going deaf. I am not contagious so thats a win I just get to suffer on my own as it only affects 5 out of 100,000 people. I know.....I know.... I hit the lottery of what the heck. I'm currently on 15 pills a day and should make a full recovery. If any of you could be so kind to send me some good vibes I'd appreciate it 😌 ✨️ it's been some hard days. I look forward to being back in the spa soon with my lovely people. ❤️ thank you for your understanding 🙏

My personal experience with the EMS pelvic chair: *warning contains cursing and real life mama issues😆*

I am a lucky mama bear to 5 kiddos and 2 bonus kiddos 💖 after giving birth naturally to my 4 girls I had never experienced pelvic floor problems. When I had my 5th child I felt very "unsteady" in my core muscles everything just felt very scrambled up and weak. Once day as I lifted my sons carseat out I p*ed myself. "What the $uck I said out loud" no warning, no urge to need to p*e before hand just BAM! wet crotch (and not just a little 🫣) And then to haul a baby in a carseat up the stairs with wet pants in winter 😒 (luckily I wasn't up town) I was HORRIFIED. I had heard of it being a thing for women while jumping, sneezing or laughing. But I had 4 children already and had never experienced it until that day. I knew I needed to work on strengthening my pelvic floor and core after that. I put in the time to do gentle postpartum exercises to rebuild pelvic floor and core muscles with no success. I was frustrated and seeing no results made it hard to want to keep going. I did my research and came across ems treatments. Keep your clothes on and sit for 30 minutes? Simple enough I'll try anything at this point. I purchased a machine and took my training. I felt results after one treatment (and I was skeptical). After two sessions I noticed intimacy felt even better. By the third I no longer needed to brace myself to sneeze. After my 6 treatments I could run, lift, jump, sneeze, cough and even haul in my groceries first when I reeeeeeaaally needed to p*e 😅. I was even more ecstatic to hear my clients have the same results and different great results. Some even stating it had helped with their digestive, uterine pain, intimate life and more! It's not just beneficial for people who are experiencing issues but also for people who want to prevent those issues in the future. Both women and men can benefit from these treatments. I have even taken referrals from our very own home town doctors ❤️ this may one day even be covered by MSP! (And is already covered by certain medical insurances) So if you were ever wanting to try the ems chair feel free to message me to book your sessions. I recommend twice a week until you reach your 6 sessions. (I haven't had someone need more than the 6 yet but it is all based on how YOU feel if you want more than 6). After you complete your sessions you come for maintenance as you feel needed, which can be as little as once or twice a year! Everyone is different. I do everything I can to provide a comfortable space and confidentiality is my highest priority. Come in, relax, have a tea and chat. This lovely creature is finally finished and heading back to his home 🏡 ❤️ I hope they love him! It always amazes me how skulls can be so different! Same animal, nearly the same size and such different structures and features some with many imperfections to set them apart I love the uniqueness of it all. Bison are a LOT of work. The degreasing process alone for these guys is a looooong wait before I'm happy with the shade of white. Just some more of the "bones" to "Bones & Beauty" ❤️ I'm not one to ask for pictures of my spa clients I work hard to give them a private and relaxing space to enjoy themselves, but my skull clients really love having their picture taken 😏😆
