Had a special treat today in my room.... brand new baby with his momma who needed some relief in her neck and shoulders. Holding baby, feeding, or just looking down admiring the blessing of our babies makes for angry shoulders and neck area. Happy she could come for a massage, and baby was comfortable and content for the whole hour! Win win!! 💜♥️

I am so thankful for your support over the past 13 years Fort Nelson!
Im excited to be a part of your mind, body and spirit "healing journey" through massage, lymphatic drainage and reiki, and watch you become the best version of yourself!
Happy New Year! Let's make it fabulous!! 💜♥️
