Bridal Makeup is an Art, it has to play off the tone of the wedding but also reflect the Bride and who she is. Trials are super important and I typically don’t recommend skipping out on a trial for many reasons.

You may think you have your look that you want, the makeup artist does the look but you decide the day of that it wasn’t right and you have some changes maybe different lashes, maybe pinker blush, maybe eyeliner was missing. All these are so important. It is also really important to note that a professional makeup artist that has done hundreds of weddings will also remind even the brides that want a really natural look that you still want to see the makeup in photos and that sometimes means that you may need a little extra blush since white will tone down the makeup. There are so many tricks of the trade and your makeup artist should be thinking about all these when doing the trial and telling you all about them.
