Save this and tag your workout partners🔥 3 sets x 10 reps each move 60-90 second rest between sets 1. Lateral to front raise: lift the dumbbells from your sides, bring them to the front of your body, and return. That’s one rep. 2. 1 1/2 lateral raises: perform a full lateral raise followed by a bottom-half lateral raise. That’s one rep.
