IT IS HAPPENING!
The Provincial Health Officer’s order of closure for personal service establishments has been amended and is effectively cancelled on Tuesday May 19, 2020
In compliance with WorkSafeBC guidelines I have ordered personal protective equipment. As soon as that arrives I will start to reopen my home office first. Appointments will be spaced so that extra cleaning can take place between clients. Appointments will be by appointment only as there will no waiting room (for social distancing purposes). I will be in touch with the hospital, Peace Villa and the seniors apartments this week to see what their requirements are so that I can see my clients there. I will post further information as it becomes available. I am so looking forward to seeing you all!
It has been brought to my attention that I have not made a public announcement regarding the temporary closure of my services. I had spoke directly to and/or messaged my regular clients and/or their families weeks ago when the social distancing recommendations were issued. Just last week I received an email from health officials to suspend services temporarily as well. I am home with my family and following all health recommendations. I pray you all stay well and look forward to seeing you all when we get past this.
