You don’t need MORE nutrition information.

Honestly, you probably know a lot already. Probably so much you're confused.

You know protein matters.
You know vegetables are good for you.
You know you should move your body.
You know eating an entire bag of chips every night probably isn’t helping your goals.

And yet…

You still find yourself standing in the kitchen at 9pm eating something you told yourself you weren’t going to eat.

You still feel like you’re “good” all day and then lose control at night.

You still start over on Monday.

You still feel like you’re constantly trying to figure out the RIGHT way to lose weight.

And every time you struggle, you assume you need another diet, another plan, another rule, another thing to cut out.

You don’t.

The problem isn’t that you don’t KNOW what to do.

It’s that knowing what to do and being able to consistently DO it are two completely different skills.

That’s what we’re talking about in my free masterclass:

“Why You Can’t Stop Eating Even Though You Know Better”

We’re going to unpack what’s actually happening when you know exactly what you “should” do… and still can’t seem to do it.

Because if information was enough, you’d have this figured out by now.

And I’m guessing you’re pretty damn informed. 😉

Join me for the free masterclass.

September 22nd.

If it feels like this has been your todo list for years…

If you’ve been trying to “eat clean”

Starting over on Monday, then deeply frustrated with yourself when you’re falling off the wagon again by Thursday.

It’s like you can care so much about your health and weight loss one minute, but then your motivation disappears faster than the bag of M&Ms on Friday night.

This cycle is devastating because you are trying hard a lot of the time. But those nights at the pantry or weekends that fall apart happen too often to see results.

If you can relate…

Please join my FREE Master Class that’s happening Tuesday, Sept. 22 at 4pm.

Why I Can’t Stop Eating - Even When I Know Better

It will be a frank conversation about nutrition, why what you're doing isn’t working, and the missing piece that you can learn and practice to make this soooo much easier!

The link to register is in the comments.

I’ll see you there

If you’ve spent years trying to “be good” around food, it makes sense that eating can feel complicated.

You’ve probably learned which foods you’re supposed to eat.

Which foods you should avoid.

How much you should eat.

When you should eat.

And what you need to do to “make up for it” when you don’t follow the rules.

So when you find yourself eating something you told yourself you wouldn’t… or going back for more… or thinking about food ALL damn day…

Your first instinct is probably:

“I need to try harder.”

“I need more discipline.”

“I need a better plan.”

“I just need to be good.”

But what if the problem isn’t that you need MORE rules?

What if years of dieting and restriction have actually made food feel more emotionally charged than it needs to be?

Because knowing what to eat and being able to consistently eat in a way that supports your goals are two very different skills.

And you can’t shame, restrict, or white-knuckle your way into food freedom.

That’s exactly what we’re talking about in my FREE master class:

Why I Can’t Stop Eating — Even When I Know Better

We’re going beyond “just use more willpower” and getting into WHY you can know exactly what you should do… and still feel like you can’t stop eating.

If you’re tired of knowing better but struggling to actually DO better, this is for you.

It’s happening Sept 22!

You know that moment when you’re standing in the kitchen…

You’ve already had enough.

You’re not even really hungry.

But that food is just… calling you.

You tell yourself, “I shouldn’t.”

You try to walk away.

And somehow, five minutes later, you’re back in the kitchen eating it anyway.

Then comes the guilt.

“What is wrong with me? I KNOW better.”

Here’s the thing:

This isn’t necessarily a lack-of-willpower problem.

And knowing more about nutrition doesn’t automatically make those urges disappear.

There are reasons your brain can become so focused on food — especially when you’ve spent years dieting, restricting, labelling foods “good” and “bad,” or constantly telling yourself you shouldn’t eat something.

That’s exactly what I’m unpacking in my free Masterclass:

Why You Can’t Stop Eating Even Though You Know Better

Because the answer isn’t another diet telling you to try harder.

It’s understanding what’s actually driving the behaviour — and what to do about it.

If you’re tired of feeling like you can’t trust yourself around food, come join me.

Comment MASTERCLASS and I’ll send you the details.

The weight of knowing what to do and not doing it is real. It’s stressful and can cause us to spiral into eating more.

Most ladies are frustrated because we feel like we should just get our s**t together.

Like just trying harder is the solution to our weight loss.

But please hear me say...
..There are so many layers to WHY we do what we do, and just knowing what to do is just the tip of the pyramid.

If you want proof of this, take a minute and think about all the reasons you eat.

Yes, you eat when you’re hungry. And of course, you eat when it tastes good.

But do you eat becasue you’re bored, tired, stressed, lonely, sad or even happy?

Have you ever just popped food in your mouth without even thinking of it? Like it was automatic.

If you answered “yes” to any of that...
..Food rules will not fix this.

Here’s a quiz to help you understand the reasons you eat.

Message me if you’re sick and tired of the emotional roller coaster of feeling like a failure, then starting over again.

When's the last time you stopped eating because you felt satisfied - not because the plate was empty or you'd hit some number?

Years of diets teach us to eat by rules, not by our bodies. Swipe through for the hunger/fullness scale I use with clients, and what "satisfied" actually feels like (it's not the same as stuffed, and it's not the same as still hungry).

This is a practice, not a test. Where do you usually land - too hungry, too full, or somewhere in between? No judgment, just curious.

You're exhausted from failing.
From starting over.
From the plans that work for four days.
From knowing exactly what you should be doing and still not doing it.
That exhaustion is real.
But here's what I want you to consider.
You're not just tired of failing.
You're probably also tired of missing your own life while you wait to feel ready. While you wait for the "right" time to do this.
The vacations you half-enjoyed because you were too in your head about food or your body.
The photos you avoided.
The things you said no to.
The weeks you just survived to get to the weekend.
That's not a weight loss problem.
That's a presence problem.
And it's fixable.
Just not with another meal plan.
Do you agree with this? Or is this true for you?
I'm here for you if you're ready to start participating more in life instead of ruminating constantly about food and your body.
Kelly

27 years in health and fitness.
The women who struggled most weren't the ones who didn't know what to do.
They were the ones who knew exactly what to do and couldn't do it anyway.
That gap isn't a knowledge problem. It's a behaviour change problem.
And it requires a completely different approach.
