Bringing self-love and beauty to ladies all around!! Hello all my beautiful ladies!! Some directly and some indirectly. Then life took a turn. I lost everything.

My name Valerie, and I live in northern Alberta where it is freezing for 6 months of the year. 🥶 (I hate the cold)
I have been around the beauty industry for the last 15 years. My journey began back in 2004 when I completed my full certificate of Aesthetics, from there I worked in a spa, but found love for the business world. I transitioned into data entry and worked my way up to office manager wi

th aspirations to be either an executive assistant or own my own business. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. I'm pretty sure I suffered from it since I was 16 but it came to the forefront in 2012. And that is when my world fell apart. My job
My house
My car
Myself

It took many years to find myself again. But I did! I will never be the same person I was then. For I know in those dark days, there was no self-love, no beauty in sight. And it is thanks to my mother and all the love and strength she showed me. I was able to find new light in my life. I'm okay with that now! I have found the love of my life, (my husband) and we have created the most beautiful little boy. Now my passion is to bring beauty and self-love to all the ladies that are out there struggling ❣️
My philosophy is:

Outer beauty 90% for myself, 10% for others.

• Outer beauty can help you give that 110% on the presentation you
know you can rock, but nerves have you down.
• Outer beauty can help you walk up to that cute guy and strike up a
conversation.
• Outer beauty can help you walk up to that old classmate to say
hello to.
• Outer beauty is what gives us that extra boost we need in life
sometimes. Inner Beauty is 100% what we are made up of. Each of us have a different idea of what our inner beauty looks like, and that is okay. My 7 Principals of inner beauty

Tonight’s dinner 🍽️

Today was a big one.
I have officially started the 40th chapter of my life book. And I couldn’t be happier.

Are things easier ? no.

But I’m just at a place that I am good. And that hasn’t been the case for a long while.

I can’t wait to see all that this new chapter has to offer.
