A place where every part of you is invited—the quiet, the tears, the fury, the grief, the laughter, and the wordless pauses in between.
You never need to act calm, fake feeling fine, or rationalize your experience.
In this space, your nervous system can finally drop its guard, tension can loosen on its own timeline, and where you don't need to apologize for being human.
The world doesn't offer many places like this.
So I chose to become one.

Work looks a little different for me this morning. I am currently doing a course on Nervous Tissue and Pain.
Did you know as Registered Massage Therapists we have to take continuing education courses all throughout our career? Some are online and some are hands on.
That's right, we need to be learning all the time because the science of the human body is constantly changing along with the modalities/types of therapy we can add to our practice.
