Sometime I get to lighten it up 😍. When you work out of your home , it’s really important for you to vibe with the people you let in. This girl was an instant yes for me. We had the best conversation on just our first appointment ( hopefully she felt the same or this is just awkward) I’m hoping she decided lashes are her long term self care. 🩷

Why a two week fill? I thought my lashes should last 4 weeks.

I mean , they can! But then you will need a full set and here’s why.


Your lashes grow a lot and grow fast! At 2 weeks this is the amount of growth she had. Not only are those lashes not in line with the rest, but they are so grown out they don’t have a base to hold onto anymore! Causing twisting and falling into the eyes!

To you, they still look great , to me they look like this! The most common statement I hear is “ on they look fine, still super full! Which is great! You still need a fill though 😉


The second photo is the amount of lashes I removed from one eye. The longer you go between fills, the more lashes that need to be removed.

This is why anything past 3.5 weeks is a new set. You may come in with lashes, but none of them are going to be healthy enough to stay there. As a lash grows out , it loses its foundation in the process, lack of support means the weight of the fan is now not evenly distributed. It also causes you to have an uneven lash line! No body wants that!

The sooner you get your fills, the better your lashes will be! 2 weeks is ideal. 3 is ok! 4 is a no go.

Let’s talk strip lash glue! It is awful! It gets so stuck in between the lashes , it’s painful to remove. You can’t wash it out, it needs to be picked out!

Honestly, if you feel like you need to do something because you can’t get Into your artist for a fill? Mascara is better than strips. Now I am NOT saying to use mascara. Ideally , pre booking your appointment is the best option!

This is also how we can tell if you have used strip lashes! So if we ask, we already know ☺️
