Scars & Skin Care Workshop!!

Surgical scars, radiation changes, and treatment-related skin conditions are common after cancer care—and they deserve attention. This workshop will be led by a physiotherapist and certified lymphedema therapist and will be available in person only. Please note, the session will not be recorded.

You do not need to be a current patient to attend.

I’m happy to share that I am now an ADP Authorizer for lymphedema compression garments.

This means, an ADP-authorized Registered Massage Therapist in Ontario is certified to assess and authorize funding for specialized equipment, typically compression garments for lymphedema management, through the Ontario Assistive Devices Program (ADP). These therapists help eligible residents get 75% funding for compression garments.

As a certified therapist specializing in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Complete Decongestive Therapy, my goal is to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care that supports long-term health and comfort.

If you or someone you know is living with lymphedema and needs guidance on compression therapy or ADP funding, feel free to reach out.

Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) provide patients with relief of pain, anxiety, and/or stress through massage therapy, allowing them to return to their normal, productive lives.

RMTs don’t work in a silo. RMTs are part of healthcare teams in a variety of environments including multidisciplinary clinics, long-term care homes and hospitals.

Massage therapy has material benefits for patients’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being and helps them maintain productive lives. It is not a luxury.
