I set myself a realistic goal of exercising three times a week. Sometimes it's a walk with my dogs, sometimes it's a garage gym workout, sometimes it's yard work and moving that way. Not stressing about doing a certain type of movement has made me much more motivated to keep going. I don't feel like I've gotten off track if I don't lift weights three times a week or I skip a walk

Working away on my first goal: being more aware of what I'm eating
Meal prepped chocolate protein pancakes for lunch (they look awful but taste great). So easy to add some syrup, vanilla Greek yogurt or fruit to make a well rounded and delicious meal
Recipe:
□4 large eggs
▢2 bananas
▢¾ cup rolled oats
▢3 tablespoons chocolate protein powder
▢3 tablespoons cocoa powder
▢1 teaspoons cinnamon
Mix in blender until combined. Cook like a regular pancake!

My goal for myself this week is to eat more plant based lunches. For me this is a great way to add in more veggies to my day and meal prepping is the easiest way to reach that goal
