Amykins Nail Art Studio

Hi friends.

As many of you know, I have been having ongoing health issues that have been progressing to the point where it has become very difficult for me to maintain full-time clientele.

I had genuinely hoped that this would be a temporary setback and that once we figured out what was wrong that I could take the medicine, or do whatever I needed to do to get better and that all would be well, but unfortunately life doesn’t often work that way. While I have *some* answers, there seem to be even more questions, more tests and I don’t really have a timeline on when or if things will “get better.” Everything seems to be unrelated to everything else, and when I figure out one thing, another pops up. It’s incredibly frustrating.

What I do know is that right now I am not the artist (or quite frankly even the person) that I want to be, or the one that my clients/friends deserve and I am genuinely so sorry. All of you have been so patient with me and so supportive throughout all of this, and it means so much to me that you have stuck with me even though your appointments have started taking significantly longer, or I’ve had to reschedule you due to various reasons. You have no idea how much your friendship and support has helped to maintain my sanity and helped keep me going on the days when all I wanted to do was stay in bed and cry. 💜

I’m not sure what the future will hold for Amykins Nail Art Studio. For now, I will be reducing my hours and my books will be closed to anyone who is not already a regular client. I understand that reducing my hours may make it difficult for some to get in to see me, and I am truly sorry for the inconvenience.

I truly hope everyone understands, and for those whose schedule cannot fit within my reduced hours, please do not feel bad if you need to move on to another provider who can better suit your needs. If you need any recommendations I am happy to provide them. You all mean so much to me and the least I can do is make sure you are in good hands. I’ll miss you, but such is life
