About the Role
As part of our front desk team, you’ll play an essential role in creating a positive patient experience from the moment they walk through the door. You’ll handle day-to-day administrative tasks, support our staff and practitioners, and help keep the clinic running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming environment
Manage appointment booking and rescheduling
Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely, professional manner
Process payments and charges
Direct bill insurance companies
Maintain an organized and tidy reception and waiting area
Support practitioners with administrative needs
Handle patient intake (processing paperwork, creating charts)
Provide clear communication and exceptional service to all patients

What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive, warm and friendly on the phone and in person
Able to be on your feet
Comfortable with technology
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
A great memory

Previous administrative or customer service experience is an asset
Previous chiropractic experience is an asset (as a patient or working in a clinic)

Hours include
Monday 7:30-5
Tuesday 9-7, Wednesday 7:30-5, Thursday 8-7:30 with a daily 1 hour lunch break
