In order to serve you better and maintain the shortest production times possible, we can only accept changes made to orders within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Payment for Custom Orders:

Please keep in mind that any Customs fees or taxes imposed by Customs for an order are separate from the shipping charges, and are not the responsibility of Moon Breeze Crafts. Customs fees and taxes will vary, and we recommend that you contact your local Customs office should you have any questions or concerns about these fees. Customs fees are not related to your shipping costs. Processing time does not include delivery time. Please note that delivery times will vary depending on your address. Processing time is only how long it takes Moon Breeze Crafts to have your order ready to be shipped out for delivery. Please allow for up to 6-8 weeks for delivery of your item. Again these times may vary, depending on your address. Refunds and Exchanges:
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Moon Breeze Crafts. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling or other additional charges. You must reach out to us to be eligibile for a refund, as we need to know why you are returning your item. Please see below for specific item types and return policies:

Normal items - Returns are accepted within 7 days of the date you receive your order. Returned items must be in original, unused condition. Please ship returns in a padded envelope or insulated box. Shipping fees cannot be reimbursed. Personalized, engraved or hand-stamped items can be returned but will be charged a 15% restocking fee if return within 7 days from arrival date, more than 7 days can not be returned. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Insurance is available for an extra fee upon request and is recommended. The item must be returned in good condition, in original packaging, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. Jewelry tarnished over time by everyday wearing or bathing is not returnable, refundable or replaceable. All plated materials are not solid precious metals and are susceptible to oxidation. Your item is a special handmade piece so please take care accordingly. Defective items may be returned within 7 days of arrival, in original packaging, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit

Refunds are issued after returned package has been received by us and tracking shows that it has been delivered. Return funds will be returned to the buyer's account usually within 48-72 hours after package has been delivered back to us, and there are no other issues to resolve. Return shipping is paid by the buyer and is also not part of the refund amount due to postage are a transaction between the buyer and the shipping company the buyer chooses. If you are looking for something you can't find in my shop, I would be happy to customize something for you. Necklace and bracelet lengths can also be customized for most pieces. Also, if you like the style of an item, but would like a different color, many items can be replaced with different colors.
